This is the mailing list for Korean Mac users. However, anyone having troubles or questions on using Hangul on Mac can join and ask for help. Send your questions to mac@krnic.net. Every posting in this list is automatically mirrored in han.sys.mac. Please read my pages or other related web sites first or articles in han.sys.mac before posting or sending questions. In most cases, you can find answer there without waiting for it.

subscribe mac your-email-address To leave the list at any time, send the command to listserv@krnic.net : unsubscribe mac your-email-address Back issues are available via anonymous ftp to krnic.net in directory /mailing-lists/mac/. They are usually archived monthly in ordinary e-mail format. If you have received broken Hangul messages, see the Hangul E-mail page to correct this problem or read the article in han.sys.mac news group in which all the posted articles are decoded to 8 bit and you can read them with proper Hangul capable news reader.

han.sys.mac is the news group mirroring Korean Mac Users Mailing List, i.e. every posting to the mailing list is mirrored in this news
group, vice versa. Therefore you don't have to post your question to
both. You have to assign proper news server which carries this news group and need a news reader like Netscape, Nuntius or Hangul patched NewsWatcher to read articles since many of them are written in Hangul.

This is not Hangul related mailing list but subscribing this list makes you receive notification and descriptions of each new Apple software update posted to the Apple Software Updates areas on Apple supported online services and Internet
sites as soon as Apple releases them.
